About Tausifirst
Tausi First is a free initiative that supports young women aged 18 to 25 during their first major life milestones. It focuses on moments like a first graduation, first job interview, first salary negotiation, and other important transitions into adulthood. Tausi First exists to make sure young women feel confident, prepared, and seen during these moments.
Our Mission
Our mission is to empower young women at their firsts by giving them the confidence, guidance, and support they need to move into the next stage of life feeling capable and valued.
Through programmes like free graduation glam and My Tausi First Interview, we prepare young women for real life moments by training them on interview etiquette, self-presentation, answering questions confidently, and salary negotiation, all at no cost.
