What is Tausi App's cancellation policy?

Cancellation is free of charge if done before the professional starts their journey to the client. After that, the full deposit is non-refundable.

How do I apply credits to my appointments?

If you have a promotional code in addition to package credit, the promotional credit is applied second within the same appointment. If you only have a promotional code credit, it automatically applies to your next appointment.

What if a beautician doesn't show up to an appointment?

If a beautician does not show up, Tausi App reallocates another professional who is closer to the client in less than 15 minutes. If a client dishonors the appointment instead, the 20% commission is non-refundable and the client owes the professional a transport fee.

How about my security during a booking?

On the day of service, the beautician is transported to the client's location through Tausi's mobility partner, HAVA. Alongside a thorough professional onboarding process, the app includes an S.O.S button for added safety.
