Free of charge if cancellation is done before pro starts journey to client thereafter the full deposit is non-refundable.
If you have a promotional code in addition to your package credit, then the promotional credits will be applied second in the same appointment. If you have a promotional code credit, then that credit will automatically apply to your next appointment.
If a beautician does not show up Tausi App Re-allocates another pro who is closer to you in less than 15 minutes. If you as a client dishonors the appointment then the 20% commission is nonrefundable and you owe the pro some transport fee.
Yes, on the app, in the appointments window, you are able to reschedule appointments and confirm details about the appointment.
On the day of delivery of service, the beautician will be transported to your location with our mobility partner(HAVA). Apart from our thorough onboarding process to make sure we have qualified professionals on the platform, we have included an S.O.S button in the app.
On an estimate Manicure is 45 minutes, Manicure + Gel is 60 minutes, Spa Manicure is 60 minutes, Nail Art is 60 minutes, Nail Art + Gel Removal is 60 minutes, Nail Art + Gel is 75 minutes, Manicure + Pedicure is 90 minutes, Spa Manic + Spa Pedi is 120 minutes, Pedicure is 60 minutes, Spa Pedicure is 75 minutes
On an estimate Makeup is 60 minutes, Makeup + Erno Laszlo Face Mask is 75 minutes, Makeup + airbrush is 60 minutes, Makeup Lesson is 90 minutes, Special Occasion Makeup is 90 minutes
On an estimate Blowout is 45 minutes, Haircut is 75 minutes, Braid is 60 minutes, Updo is 60 minutes, Blowout + Updo is 90 minutes, Special Occasion Hair and Updo is 90 minutes, Barber takes 40 Minutes
