If you have a promotional code in addition to your package credit, then the promotional credits will be applied second in the same appointment. If you have a promotional code credit, then that credit will automatically apply to your next appointment.
If a beautician does not show up Tausi App Re-allocates another pro who is closer to you in less than 15 minutes. If you as a client dishonors the appointment then the 20% commission is nonrefundable and you owe the pro some transport fee.
Yes, on the app, in the appointments window, you are able to reschedule appointments and confirm details about the appointment.
On the day of delivery of service, the beautician will be transported to your location with our mobility partner (HAVA). Apart from our thorough onboarding process to make sure we have qualified professionals on the platform, we have also included an S.O.S button in the app.
